Obsessed with this e-file • Smooth • Quiet • Zero vibration • debulking time was cut down by 10 minutes The handle is lightweight and comfortable—NO hand cramps! Only downside? It uses specialized bits that sell out fast. 🥺 Hoping ONail keeps up with demand because this one’s a gem and I would love to keep it forever. If they improve their production of drill bits I would give this 5/5 stars all day.

I purchased this efile in April 2026, and I have to say after 30+ years of doing nails this efile has to be the best, most comfortable file I’ve ever used. I also quite like the bigger shank of the ONail bits a lot better than our standard sized bits. And I would have given 5 full stars but I’m having a Hell of a time ordering replacement bits!!! I don’t want to buy the others anymore and I know they have the sizer shank but it’s not the same as the actual bit. And sometimes I can feel a vibration. AND that is another thing I love about this efile, there is literally NO vibration which is so nice for our poor hands. It’s definitely worth every penny you spend on it! I got mine in pink and it’s so darn cute. Would definitely purchase again and again. Next the curing lamp, can’t wait to try that.

I love my drill. It’s a shame that it needs an adapter to use other drill bits. I don’t have the original bits anymore because they were confiscated by U.S. Customs. Even so, it works amazingly well—it’s very smooth, quiet, and doesn’t vibrate at all. I absolutely love it. I just haven’t had the chance to try it with the original bits yet.

There are no tapered carbide bits in medium or fine. And the adapters are terrible. They do not hold the bits in place, and they slide while drilling. I have to buy a different drill from another company. Because the bits from this company are custom only.
I prefer safety bits. This bit is sharp and does its job but I can’t use it on clients with tiny nail beds because the top edge is very sharp and cuts easily
The O-Nail electric file bits work perfectly with the O-Nail file for a low vibration, speeding removal of products and the finer bits take care of all the cuticle care required for optimal nail prep and a seamless product/ nail enhancement application

I truly love this drill! It's strong, fast and also nice looking. I have no more trouble with removing acrylic or poly gel nails. Yes, it's expensive, but no more wobbly drill bits. Just smooth and silent. Love it!
