Terrible customer service. I bought the drill in June. Now the drill stops working. I contacted the company and it did not help me to solve the problem.

I love this dust collector! I am a independent nail tech of 13 years and I've tried many different models. Its perfect size for my smaller desk.performs exactly as advertised, super easy to clean and light weight! I got it for a killer deal and it shipped perfectly! If you don't have one I suggest getting one immediately!
Works great! Just wish it was slightly larger? I find it very easy to shift during placement and then it doesn't cover the HEPA filter fully.

I love the different speeds for removal and shaping so it doesn’t have to be loud the entire time! And it collects so much dust!
The sucking surface is way too small and the design of the top is idiotic. Make the sucking window bigger and the top lid simply even, straight!
The filter area fills up fast which means more frequent changes.

Thís one is good, strong. But so noisy and doesn’t have battery that’s why inconvenient. I can’t move everywhere I want
It too big and it not rechargeable so you have to plug in unplugged everytime so that is inconvenient. It also too loud too and it not 100% suck all the dust because it maybe there are still about 10% dust left stay on my hand so over all it big, loud, suction only about 90% of the dust and it a plugged in not a rechargeable so it not good.

Filters work perfectly. This machine is the best!
The filters are pretty strong and holds in the dust from your nails. They do such a better job than other brands. The nail dust machine is not only sturdy and built well. It has a very strong suction. I have bought most of Onails products. They make very good and sturdy products that will last forever. The only problem I am having is connecting my nail dryer to the internet. I have called my internet provider They tried to help.me. I went step.by step several times and it still won't connect to the internet. My internet provider even split my internet in half soI would only have 2.4 gigs. So.I haven't used the dryer just yet. I been using a store bought one. 😒
