When I plug it in and turn it on, it only runs for about 2 seconds and then shuts off by itself\. I believe there may be an issue with the power cord/adapter that was included, or possibly with the machine itself I have stopped using it because I don’t want to damage the machine\. Could you please advise what I should do? If the cord is defective or incorrect, could you please send me a replacement? If the machine itself is defective, I would like to have it replaced I also wanted to mention something else I noticed\. My sister bought what appears to be the same dust collector from Amazon\. When we opened hers, the inside cover/filter area is metal\. However, the one I received from you is not metal and looks different inside I attached photos so you can compare the two machines. This makes me concerned that the unit I received may be different from the one advertised or may have a different internal construction\. Could you please explain why they are different?

Es muy alto, pero lo alto no está tan mal, La parte de recoger el polvo. Si el aparato es ancho porque dejaron esa parte pequeña en el medio, Y si se riega el polvo al alrededor

This thing is a powerhouse! No more dust, and I do gel, which makes really fine dust. This collector makes short work whether it's maintenance or a full file off. Quiet and powerful.
Don’t hesitate, just buy it! I’ve owned several dust collectors through the last ten years and this one by far is the best! It works just like described. Works best when you keep your clients hand centered over the machine and keep your hand out of the way as well. For gel services it collects all of the dust. For acrylic services you may have a tiny bit of dust that doesn’t get collected but that makes sense as acrylic is heavier filings. For noise, yes it is a powerful fan so it is not whisper quiet on the high setting, but you can still have a conversation while it’s on. I would rather have a bit of noise for a few minutes than having dust in the air and all over my desk, my client, myself and our lungs. It beeps when it’s time to clean out the dust and will continue to beep until you do. Every two client services I empty it so I don’t have to stop mid-service. When I empty the filter, I also use a cheap fluffy makeup brush to swipe the inside before replacing the filters. I love it and definitely recommend it. Great price point too!

I ordered this to replace my current desktop model, which is pretty but loud. This is not more quiet, but I prefer it because I can rest my hands comfortably on the edges while I work.

Great suction for a great price! Full time nail tech here 6-8 clients per day 5 days a week I just make sure to empty the dust after each client and replace the filter after each day. There are two filters that it comes with one that you throw away and a heavier duty one my only concern is I’m not seeing replacement filter for the heavy duty filter. Would be nice to order another one of them eventually . You can order the disposable filters on ONAIL website but nothing for the thicker filter. Very happy so far 👍
