Les dejé un comentario en fb para ver si podían solucionarme esto , mi drill trae casi la mayoría del redondel así con estas aberturas y les pregunté si esto es normal , para el precio que esté drill tiene pienso que no es justo como me lo enviaron , aparte el repartidor solo vino y lo tiró la caja venía toda maltratada y gracias a Dios al drill no le pasó nada pero mi pregunta es cómo se atreven a enviar un artículo tan caro como este sin caja 📦? No entiendo ya ni cuando uno compra en Amazon algo de $10 dólares como un monumero ellos si empresa envían una caja y protegen el producto 😒😒😒😒😒

One of my favorite features is the automatic shut-off when the handpiece is placed on the holder. It is so convenient and makes the workflow much smoother. I don’t know. Maybe better manufacturing? Actually good quality products? Honestly, I was so excited about this tool because as a nail touch, I always been struggling with heavy, rough, vibration handhelds, an I had all my expectations on this. And it worked great ones and the next day just didn’t worked?

I love this machine overall. I can immediately feel the difference of power it has compared to my old drill. My removal has become faster and smoother using this. I just wish it has more battery power because the battery life only lasts me about 8hrs of continued use

Hello, I don't understand what the problem is, because if you press a little on the handle, it stops and shows on the display AI protected. Especially if we use polish with baff. If I want to do pedicure with a disc, it doesn't continue to work, it stops directly. we are russian musters, we need device which is strong power, it's not suitable at all if your device is stopping every time without the reason. Please tell me how to fix it so i can use it normally. Thank you

I love this drill machine. Much better then my elder ones. Is quiet , strong enough and i can do my work more quickly. My guest says it feels nothing , when i take down the products from their nails. So all we love :) I cant wait for nail dust collector too :)

Overall is good, only one thing I really need is cover and Belt for more convenience, I used other cover belt but not realy fit, and if you got a charger is the perfect. I’m still using seeing it good working for how long then buy more for my salon. Thanks
Absolutely love this e file, for me in NZ quite expensive but I have to say worth the money. The bits that come with the kit cut through my gel coat like a knife through butter so easy. I have already ordered some more bits.
The drill is amazing- couple of things I wish it had - protective silicone case so that the leather can stay protected and I wish that the wiring from the main unit to the handle piece was coiled so that designed to stretch and retract easily, providing flexibility and preventing tangling during use
