Pro Trial Service Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the ONAIL Pro Trial program (“Pro Trial”). By placing a trial order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
1.1 The ONAIL Pro Trial allows eligible customers to try the ONAIL Pro Max nail drill unit for professional use under a deposit-based trial model.
1.2 This trial is available by invitation only and requires a valid trial discount code provided by ONAIL.
1.3 This program is currently available for United States customers only.
2. Eligibility & Invitation-Only Access
2.1 Participation is limited and subject to availability. Limited quantity. First come, first served.
2.2 Trial discount codes are issued to selected customers only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
2.3 ONAIL reserves the right to:

approve or reject any trial application/order,
-
cancel trial orders suspected of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
3. Trial Order Pricing & Payment
3.1 The trial unit has a standard listed price of $469.
3.2 Eligible customers may place a trial order using a unique discount code. When the code is applied correctly, the customer pays:

$50 refundable deposit, and
-
$20 one-time shipping fee.
3.3 The Pro Trial is not a subscription. There are no hidden charges.
3.4 The $20 shipping fee is non-refundable, including but not limited to:
-
returns,
-
incomplete usage,
-
customer preference.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 After a successful trial order is placed, ONAIL will ship the unit within 48 hours (business days).
4.2 Estimated delivery time is typically within 7 days (may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or other factors).
5. Trial Unit Condition (Circulation Unit)
5.1 The Pro Trial unit is part of a circulation trial program.
5.2 The unit you receive may have been previously used and is not guaranteed to be brand new.
5.3 Every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and function-tested before shipping.
6. Trial Usage Rules (30-Hour Motor Runtime)
6.1 The Pro Trial includes 30 hours of actual motor running time.
6.2 Only active rotation counts toward the 30-hour limit. Power-on without rotation does not count.
6.3 Remaining time is displayed in stages:
30 / 25 / 20 / 15 / 10 / 5 / 1
6.4 Once the 30-hour usage limit is reached, the main unit will be automatically locked and can no longer be used.
7. Trial Period & Return Deadline
7.1 You must return the trial unit within 30 days after delivery (based on carrier tracking records).
7.2 The unit must be returned even if:
-
you have not used all 30 hours, or
-
you used less than expected.
7.3 Returned items must be:
-
clean and hygienic,
-
in good condition (normal wear acceptable),
-
complete with all included accessories.
8. Return Shipping Process
8.1 ONAIL provides a prepaid return shipping label upon request.
8.2 To request the return label, contact customer support via:

8.3 You must package the product securely to prevent transit damage.
9. Overdue Policy (Late Return / No Return)
9.1 If the return deadline is exceeded, the main unit will be automatically locked and will no longer operate.
9.2 If the trial unit is overdue and not returned, ONAIL reserves the right to:

forfeit the full deposit, and/or
-
take further action where applicable.
10. Deposit Refund Policy
10.1 After the returned unit is received, ONAIL will inspect the unit and included items.
10.2 If the unit is returned on time and passes inspection, the $50 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
10.3 Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inspection.
(Bank processing time may vary.)
11. Damage, Loss & Missing Items Fees
11.1 Normal wear from professional use is acceptable. However, the deposit may be partially deducted for damage, tampering, missing items, or loss.
11.2 Handpiece (Nail Drill Handpiece) — $30 deduction for any of the following:

handpiece or cable broken due to excessive twisting/pulling
-
severe internal damage
-
severe scratches or cracks
-
water damage
-
power connector damaged/deformed
-
deliberate disassembly/tampering
-
lost
11.3 Main Unit (Control Unit) — $30 deduction for any of the following:
-
screen severely damaged
-
deliberate disassembly/tampering
-
power connector damaged/deformed
-
water damage
-
severe scratches or cracks
-
severe internal damage
-
lost
11.4 Accessories — $10 deduction if accessories are lost or missing.
11.5 If the damage/loss exceeds the deposit amount, ONAIL may contact the customer to resolve the remaining balance.
12. Customer Responsibilities
12.1 During the trial period, you agree to:
-
keep the unit and accessories in good condition,
-
avoid disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repair,
-
return the unit clean and complete within the deadline.
12.2 If you receive a unit with any abnormal condition, you must contact customer support immediately upon receipt.
13. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
13.1 ONAIL reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or withhold refunds if the program is abused, including but not limited to:

multiple trial orders under the same person/address,
-
reselling trial units,
-
fake return tracking,
-
intentional damage or missing items.
